ABOUT RSSP ( ROTARY SCRAP SURFACE PASTEURISER )
This sort of "difficult products” from a “Batch Process” to a continuous process RSSP is the best solution, bringing an important improvement in the heat exchanger coefficient.
Operational :
- The product enters in to the exchange cylinder through a special volute, which is designed to allow for a product smooth change of trajectory.
- The service fluid flows in counter current in to the cylinder shell.
- On the cylinder there is the scraping shaft, which keeps the product mixed and avoid it to get stuck on the wall.
- The rotation speed of the scraping shaft depends on products feature.
- The shaft rotation and the product’s fluid-dynamic pressure push the scraping blades against the exchanger surface.

Key Points :
- The special design of the product side inlet/outlet heads ensure : * Better and easier cleaning.
- The internal components are design to ensure an easy interchangeability between the available option and a long-life resistance.
- The design of the RSSHE is made thinking to the End Users.
- Allows a very simple, intuitive and safety maintenance.
- RSSHE supplied complete with a stainless steel base with skid.
- Blades (Scraper) geometry and the material depend on the type of process and the product involved.
- Technical Specification:
* Reduction on the product stress.
* Possibility to rotate the connections.
