Pre-mounted and pre-wired process-skids with plate heat exchanger. These platforms systems are fully pre-mounted, pre-wired and pre-tested in our facility that enables simpler and faster installation and commissioning at site.
They are designed to be installed in close proximity to your cheese vats, maturation tanks or process vessels. The control is manual for an easy hand-over with the exception of the Pasteurisation operation (control and record of the Pasteurisation temperature and time) which is automatic. On request a full automatic version is also available.

Applications :

For any liquid such as: milk, cream, dairy products (yoghurt, fresh cheese, desserts, ice cream mix, etc.), fruit juices, sugar syrup, etc.
