Multipurpose mixers are designed to perform complex mixing solutions with higher accuracy and efficiency. These mixers are best suitable for breaking down, mixing and liquification of highly viscous materials which are difficult to emulsify under regular conditions. The mixer generally contains three primary Functions.

Solid materials and viscous lumps are broken down to facilitate emulsification with the help of cowl disperser. These can be single or twin blades.

In tank homogenisers are used for emulsification of materials. As an option, we can also provide bottom entry homogenisers or in line homogenisers.

Volumetric mixing of viscous mass is facilitated anchor blades and PTFE scrapers. These mixers are available from 50 litres to 5000 litres and can be operated under vacuum.
